(San Clemente, CA) - Rudy Project Technically Cool Eyewear will partner with HERBALIFE during the 2007 Amgen Tour of California Expo on February 17-25. HERBALIFE will have an interactive booth, offering spectators a chance to ride just like the pros. Experience racing without actually having to get on the course through a “cycling simulator” as Rudy Project will reward the fastest virtual rides at the end of each day.
The cycling simulator will give spectators a chance to race on the some of the same bikes ridden in the peleton on a course programmed specifically for the Tour of California and HERBALIFE. Large screen televisions inside the HERBALIFE booth give riders views of the course and their competition as they compete against each other on a ¼ mile sprint to the finish.
After the race, each rider will receive a free sample of LIFTOFF effervescent energy drink from HERBALIFE and information about Rudy Project’s “Score Cool Stuff” Promo.
The best times produced by each male and female on the CyberBIKE course each day will win a FREE Rudy Project Sunglasses and other great prizes for the 2nd and 3rd place winners.
Don’t forget to look for some of the new 2007 Rudy line on the faces of each announcer on the course, as well as the television announcers interviewing the professional riders for VERSUS Television.
