The Triathlon Canada awards for 2004 were announced yesterday and Rudy Project's Samantha McGlone has  been named "Triathlete of the Year" and "Duathlete of the Year"  It is quite an honour to win both titles, especially in an Olympic year where there were so many great performances by Canadian women. 

 Her coach Cliff English was awarded Triathlon Canada "Coach of the Year".
