The
collaboration agreement of Rudy Project has just been
confirmed for the Tour de France.
“We
had been working on this project for a long time with
our usual enthusiasm that we put into everything we
do” - says Rudy Barbazza, the dynamic, volcanic
founder of Rudy Project - “now we can finally
boast that our products are associated with the prestige
and popularity that distinguishes the Tour de France”.
Tour
de France is the most important Cycling race in the
World: 3,500 people work on its Staff, 1,500 vehicles
follow the race every day, 530 Media and 2,300 journalists,
72 TV channels from over 170 countries, 2,000,000,000
viewers, 167.000,000 hits of the website.
Rudy
Project will supply the Race Staff with glasses Tour
de France logo and will produce a special collection
of 5 different models that will be sold through its
own sales channels and during the event through the
Boutique du Tour.
Frederic
Viargues (sales manager of the Tour de France licenses)
recently visited the headquarters in Treviso (Italy)
of Rudy Project, and confirms his satisfaction for this
agreement - “We are working very hard to promote
the brand and we want to associate the image of the
Tour with companies of success and prestige”.

am sure that, as regards the eyewear, we could not have
found a better Company - continues Viargues - after
a careful survey we concluded that Rudy Project is the
unquestioned leader in the sector of bicycle racing,
with a line of products that have fantastic technical

The agreement is based on a three-year collaboration
and many further developments are expected, which will
be presented to the press and clients as they occur.
