Rudy
Project, the well-known Italian manufacturer of eyewear
and technically advanced helmets for sport, has always
focused special attention on in-line skating competitions.
And this season the greatest teams in this spectacular
sport will once again be wearing Rudy Project helmets
and glasses.
Amongst
others, we`d like to mention the famous Team Fila (www.filaskates.com),
Team Roces (www.roces.com),
Team Bont (www.bont.com)
and In Line Skate Team Pattinatori Più/Rudy Project.
These
teams represent the absolute top in world-class in-line
skating; their participation in races all around the
globe ensures continuous promotion and rugged testing
of Rudy Project products under all kinds of conditions.
Made,
like the new Ayron™ helmet, with In Mould technology,
the Rydon™, Freeon™ and Ekynox SX™
glasses were developed thanks, amongst other things,
to the technical advice of these champion skaters. Nor
should we forget the invaluable technical support of
the Italian Hockey & Skating Federation (FIHP) and,
through the agency of Rudy Project North America, of
the USA Roller Sports Federation (www.usarollersports.org).
"We`ve
won everything there was to win!", declared the
ever-exuberant Rudy Barbazza, founder of Rudy Project.
Over the years, top in-line skaters wearing Rudy Project
products have won innumerable world, European and national
championships, and marathons. The latest outstanding
victories date back only a few weeks. Matteo Amabili
of Team Roces won the Seoul Marathon in South Korea
ahead of a field of over 8,000 skaters.
In
partnership with Team Fila, we dominated the Hamburg
Marathon where the athletes who came first, second and
third were all wearing Rudy Project! "This spectacular,
highly technical sport has always fascinated me, ever
since I founded my company," Rudy continues, "and
it teams with our motto - `we work hard, but play harder`".
Rudy
Project`s R&D department is now developing a number
of new products specifically for in-line skating; they
will be on sale next year.
