How Do I Get Started?

To get started with the Club Rudy Program, please follow these 4 steps.

1. Download our new account documents.

Club Rudy / Credit Application / Terms & Conditions / Ordering Form USA and Canada

2. Complete the Club Rudy Order that best fits your needs.

3. Complete and sign the Credit Application after reading
the Terms and Conditions.

4. Fax your completed account documents to us.

Complete all information required on the forms and fax them back to us at (877) 879-5922. Upon receiving your fax and verifying your credit/credit history, we'll open your account and place your Club Rudy order. This process usually takes 2 - 4 business days depending on your credit.

What Next?

Once we receive your completed documents and have setup, approved and opened your account, your order will be shipped from our California distribution facility immediately and you will receive a welcome packet in the mail with your account number and credit limit details. You will also receive an e-mail with your temporary MyRUDY username and password.
