Rudy Project Rx Replacement Lens Guarantee (RxRLG) Instructions
1 Year RX Lens Scratch Warranty To exercise our RxRLG, the patient or the eyecare professional on behalf of the patient must submit the following to Rudy Project:
  • Copy of original receipt that clearly indicates the date of purchase and the name, address and phone number of the eye care professional from whom the eyewear was purchased.
  • Both the Rudy Project frame and lenses must be returned to Rudy Project for the replacement of the Rx lenses.
  • The original prescription lenses must have been fabricated by Rudy Project's optical lab under the Authentic Rudy Project Prescription Sun Program.  (If there is any doubt, patients are advised to confirm with Rudy Project prior to returning their prescription eyewear to Rudy Project)
  • A completed Rx RLG form must also be included with return (found below).

What Happens Next?

We'll inspect your Rx replacement claim upon receipt and process it accordingly. If for any reason we need to contact you during the review or replacement period, please make sure you provide your correct daytime phone number so we may do so. If we determine your Rx lenses are not replaceable under our RxRLG, we'll contact you to review your options at that time. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date we receive your claim for completion of your replacement lenses.
