Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions

The Rudy Rewards Program (the “Program”) sponsored by Rudy Project North America (“Rudy Project NA”) is our way of showing appreciation to our loyal customers and athletes. We reward you for doing the things you already do: shop our products on rudyprojectna.com (the “Site”), refer friends to Rudy Project NA, and provide us feedback on your experiences with our products. Best of all, you can use the points you earn to purchase more Rudy Project products!

The following terms and conditions (these “Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions carefully. These Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Site Terms and Conditions includes acceptance of these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions. The Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Rudy Project NA and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

Participating in the Program entitles members (“Members”) to take advantage of certain Program rewards (“Rewards”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Rudy Project NA in its sole discretion. Rudy Project NA reserves the right to modify these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of the Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein.

Upon notice, Rudy Project NA may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward.

Program Period

This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by Rudy Project NA (the ”Program Period”).

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be a legal resident of Canada or the United States, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands and be 13 years of age or older. To enroll in the Program, you simply need to have registered for a Rudy Project NA account. You do not need to have a subscription to earn Points in the Program.

Earning Rudy Project NA Points

Once you have created your account, you can begin racking up Rudy Rewards points (“Points”) the following ways:

Shop, shop — every time you purchase a product from our online shop (the “Shop”), you earn 1 Point for every whole $1 spent per order (excluding any tax or shipping charges).
Refer friends — earn Points for every friend who signs up for Rudy Project NA and places a qualifying order.
Your birthday – Earn Points each year on your birthday.
Sign-up for our mailing list – earn just for staying up to date on all thigs Rudy Project.
Share us on social – share of follow us on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to earn Points.
Review our products – provide your feedback and experiences on our products so others may make educated purchases.

There are no limits to the number of Points you may earn. Upon notice, Rudy Project NA reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability to Members, all or part of the Points’ value structure and offers and any merchandise or service. Rudy Project NA reserves the right to adjudicate all Point discrepancies in its sole discretion, and the Rudy Rewards Customer agree to abide by any such adjudication. You can check your Rudy Project NA Points balance on your account page.

Rudy Rewards Points Redemption

The Points are redeemable towards purchases of select products* on the rudyprojectna.com website. You can redeem your Points during the checkout process after you have issued a Rewards Voucher from your account (if such Points are available to do so). Rewards vouchers may be issued in $25 increments and are not redeemable for cash or transferable. One Rewards voucher may be used per order for the customer it was issued.

Rudy Rewards Points Availability & Expiration

When you create an account, your Points are automatically awarded instantly and expire in 24 months from the date issued.
When you make a purchase, your Points are automatically awarded 30 days after all items on your order have shipped and expire 24 months from the date issued.
When you refer a friend and that friend makes a purchase, your Points are automatically awarded in 14 days and expire in 24 months from the date issued.
Birthday Points are automatically awarded 24 hours after your birthday has passed and expire in 24 months from the date issued.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, your Points are automatically awarded instantly and expire in 24 months from the date issued.
When you interact with us on social media, those Points are automatically awarded instantly and expire in 24 months from the date issued.

Refunds & Returns

Any items received as a result of Points redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points redeemed for such item (not cash or credit). Purchases made with Points will ship in the normal course of business. Points earned on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.

You can always check your Rudy Project NA Point balance in your account page.

Reward Conditions

Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to Member. Members are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Members may not assign or transfer any Rudy Rewards. Rudy Project NA makes no warranty in any respect as to any Rudy Rewards, merchandise or service available within the Program.

Termination

Rudy Project NA may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward. Rudy Project NA may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions. Rudy Project NA reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Rudy Project NA deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:(a) acting in violation of these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions; or(b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or(c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or(d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or(e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Rudy Project NA to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision Rudy Project NA makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Rudy Project NA shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Release

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Rudy Project NA, by participating in the Program, Members release Rudy Project NA, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively,“Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program or the use of any Rudy Rewards.

Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold Rudy Project NA and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Member of any of these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions or any violation by Member of applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of California shall govern these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in California for all matters arising in connection with these Rudy Rewards Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.

*Select products are excluded from the rewards vouchers due to contractual limitations.

Great visibility; LTV seems way off

Love the visibility; no blind spots. Adjustability is great. I bought the ImpactX Photochromic 2 Black lenses. The LTV is supposed to be 9% to 74%. I think these numbers are way off. On sunny days, the lenses are quite a bit brighter than my other sunglasses. Inside, the lenses are almost clear (near 100% LTV). If I had to guess, I would say the LTV is something like 30% to 95%.

This Helmet saved my life!

Last week, I went for a short ride after work. I was wearing my Venger Helmet. As I was crossing an intersection on a green light, a large SUV ran a red light and I collided head first into the driver side door at approximately 20 mph. While I ended up with a mild concussion and numerous broken ribs, my Venger Helmet did its job! I suffered no serious brain injury and I didn't even lose consciousness. I will be ordering a replacement Venger Helmet.
