To File A Sunglass, Helmet or Goggle Warranty Claim:
If you feel your authentic Rudy Project sunglass, helmet or goggle is defective and it was purchased within the past three years, download the correct warranty claim form from the list below and complete it per the instructions and mail it along with your product, original sales receipt and payment to:

What Happens Next?
If Your Product Is Under Warranty
If Rudy Project North America determines that your product is under warranty, you will be charged a small shipping and processing fee and a new or repaired product will be sent back to you. (see claim form above for complete details)
If Your Product Is NOT Under Warranty
Rudy Project North America will call you with the options available to you at that time. Please be sure to provide a daytime phone number on the claim form or a delay in this process will occur. (see claim form above for complete details)
Substitution of Discontinued Products
If you send a discontinued product to Rudy Project North America for warranty inspection, we reserve the right to send you a replacement piece of similar style and fit. We will always contact you before we do anything if your product is no longer available in our current collection.
*Please make sure to send all warranty claims to Rudy Project in a traceable manner. Rudy Project is not responsible for returns that do not arrive at our warranty division without a tracking number. Warranty claims are typically handled within 2 weeks. Failure to follow the directions and provide the necessary documentation could result in a delay in processing your claim.
